Ford F-150 3.5 & 2.7 EcoBoost ECU tune

The EcoBoost trucks leave a lot on the table from the factory: boost targets, torque limits and spark are set for every load, climate and fuel quality Ford has to cover. We calibrate yours for the fuel you actually buy, what you tow, and the parts you have on it — with the transmission's torque management matched so it shifts like it was meant to.

What we calibrate

Setups we build for

Emissions equipment stays in and working. Every file is versioned against your vehicle with a byte-exact revert.

How it works

  1. 01

    Send your read

A full stock read of the PCM from your flashing tool. Tell us the year, engine and transmission — the ECU changed in 2018.

  2. 02

    We build the file

Identified, mapped and calibrated on our own stack, with checksums repaired, against your hardware and fuel.

  3. 03

    Flash, log, revise

Write the file, send logs back. Revisions run in the same ticket until it is right.

Ford F-150 3.5 & 2.7 EcoBoost tuning questions

Will a tune affect towing?

We calibrate for it. Tell us what and how often you tow, and we set boost, spark and torque limits for sustained load rather than for a dyno pull.

Does it change the transmission?

Torque management is part of the calibration, so shifts stay firm and predictable at the new torque. Standalone shift-schedule changes can be added in the same job.

Do you remove emissions equipment?

No. Catalysts, sensors and monitors stay in and working.
